Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is 8–12 business days, but for the It’s Really Not So Scary Sale, we’re shortening production time to just:

✨ 7 BUSINESS DAYS ✨

This special turnaround applies ONLY to items included in the It’s Really Not So Scary Sale Collection. Items purchased from other collections will remain at our standard 8–12 business day turnaround.

Please note: The 7-business-day turnaround is production time and does not include shipping/transit time.

NEED IT FASTER? 🎃

The 7-business-day turnaround is production time only and does not include shipping/transit time.

Need your order sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to confirm availability.

📦 Don’t forget about shipping! At checkout, you may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for faster estimated transit time once your order leaves our shop.

Please plan accordingly for your event or trip date. Upgraded shipping speeds up transit time only—it does not shorten production time unless rush production has been arranged with us in advance.

Final Sale

Because these items are offered as part of a limited-time promotional sale, all Frenzy purchases are final sale.

No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on Frenzy items unless there is an error on our part.

Please review your selected style, size, and color carefully before completing your order.
