Refund & Return Policy for Sweet Pumpkin Designs Va

 At Sweet Pumpkin Designs, most items are made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not keep large quantities of inventory on hand or operate a retail storefront that allows us to easily absorb returns.

For that reason, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we always strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Because of this, certain situations may be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end — such as receiving the incorrect item, damaged merchandise, or a production defect — please contact us, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

In certain approved circumstances, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date (delivery date is confirmed with USPS/UPS tracking).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be received in unworn, unwashed, and original condition.
• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.

To avoid a restocking fee, customers may choose to receive store credit when applicable.

Please note that items purchased during flash sales, pop-up sales, vault releases, special collections, clearance events, or promotional events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part.

Sweet Pumpkin Designs reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges at our discretion.
