Shipping Policy

At Sweet Pumpkin Designs Va, we want your order to be processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping and processing information before placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Our standard production turnaround time is 8–12 business days.

The first business day begins on the next business day following your purchase date. Saturdays, Sundays, and USPS-observed holidays are not included when calculating processing time.

Processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, product customization, material availability, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping transit time begins only after the order has completed production and has been accepted by the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Priority Shipping and Rush Orders

Purchasing Priority Shipping or another expedited shipping label does not shorten the 8–12-business-day production time and does not move your order ahead in the production queue. Expedited shipping applies only to the carrier’s estimated transit time after production is complete.

If you need your order by a specific date, you must contact us at sweetpumpkinhelp@gmail.com before placing your order and receive confirmation that we can accommodate your deadline.

A separate rush-production fee may be required. Purchasing expedited shipping or a rush option without prior approval does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change the shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact sweetpumpkinhelp@gmail.com as soon as possible. Approved address changes are subject to a $5 address-change fee.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or modify the delivery address.

Sweet Pumpkin Designs Va is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays

Shipping estimates provided by USPS or UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Sweet Pumpkin Designs Va is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will gladly assist with available tracking information and carrier-related concerns.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Customers outside the United States may contact sweetpumpkinhelp@gmail.com before ordering to ask whether shipping can be accommodated.
